Lifetime Warranty

Your La Livia pan is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. A pan with no coating has nothing to flake, peel or wear off, so we stand behind it for life. If a manufacturing defect ever appears, contact us and we will replace it.

30-Day Home Trial

Cook on your pan at home for up to 30 days from the day it arrives. Use it every morning. If it is not everything we promised, contact us for a return and a full refund.

How to make a claim

Email info@budigital.org with your order number and, for a defect, a few photos. Our team responds within 3 business days.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in the pan itself, for life.

What is not covered

Normal cosmetic wear from daily use, damage from misuse, and accidental damage.
