Refund policy

We want you to love cooking on your La Livia pan. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Home Trial

You have 30 days from the delivery date to try your pan at home. If it is not for you, contact us at info@budigital.org to start a return.

Lifetime Warranty

Every La Livia pan is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your pan fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How to Return

Email info@budigital.org with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, in which case La Livia covers the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm it within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
